PILLAR 1. Survey Land

This pillar is about information gathering, beginning with a thorough understanding of your business, ENGAGEMENT OBJECTIVES, COMPETITION and CUSTOMER SEGMENTS. Armed with this detail, we conduct a 360º custom-tailored market study to surface INSIGHTS, INSPIRATION and TRUTHS. As our philosophy, we take nothing at face value, but rather question and explore every aspect of discovery. Just because the rest of the world continues to ponder the question of the chicken or the egg, we find the chicken and the egg a much more industrious and fertile discussion.

PILLAR 2. Build Foundation

This pillar is about defining the HEART AND SOUL of the brand. The impressions yielded from discovery serve to determine what will guide and influence brand creation. Our job is to build a brand that stands for something, a brand with distinct meaning. A brand that touts a single idea SETTING YOU APART and that captures your essence. A brand that boasts RELEVANCE to all constituents, a brand that connects all the dots of the journey and a brand story that captivates. 

PILLAR 3. Turn Key

This pillar is all about giving the brand a PULSE. The first step towards bringing the brand to life is to establish performance measurements that enable us to track and optimize brand vitality. Having performance measurements in place is also important for the development of brand communications as it serves as an objective sounding board, which minimizes the chance of subjective decision making. ABOUT CHRISTOPHER CORTEZ

Cortez Groupe is led by founder and Creative Director Christopher Cortez. Cortez is a LIFESTYLE designer, whose innate curiosity and intuition has compelled him to explore new ways of thinking and has served to define his work philosophy and approach. With a career spanning sixteen years in DESIGN and FASHION, he has the experience of being at the creative reins of billion-dollar brands and he knows the moving parts that must come together for your business to soar.
