The Cobble Hill House, a 27 unit luxury condominium building located at 78 Amity Street in Brooklyn, features interiors and amenity spaces by Meshberg Group. We were brought on-board by Corcoran Group to create a brand beyond the address and suite of marketing materials to support the all sales activity. Our brief was to capture the essence of the building’s heritage and the importance of this cultural landmark to the local area, and to clearly communicate the investment opportunity.
